EZ-MES Demo: TR100116 Step by Step
TR100116-R1 Final Test = T1
For the Final Test Step a number of different configuration posibilities are used:
- Fields that show calcultated results based on user inputs (e.g. Yield)
- Fields that check conditions to determine if the traveler can move to the next step or should be
signed off and resubmitted to the same step (e.g. Number of Chips Tested)
- Fields that are Required for sign off
- Fields that are Required to move the traveler to the next step
- Specifications for certain values, shown as PASS or FAIL in the Data Entry section
The followign figures will clearify these configuration features in more detail
All user input values can be used to calculate values. In this case the values are used to
calculate yields and the total of all the bins.
Inputs can also be made conditional, in this case the input field is automatically added to
the number already tested chips. This number is compared with the total number of chips
on the traveler.
Required data for sign off
In this case the first tray has to be visually inspected. To prevent that testing continues
in the next shift while there is a failure, the check mark is made required to sign off the
Failing a Spec
The step is configured to have a spec of 97% on the yield. If the yield is lower the
traveler will not move to the next step. The Traveler will change st
Testing the number of tested chips
In this case the operator fills out the number of chips she has tested during her shift.
After entering the number, the number will be added to the total number of chips tested.
If this number is not equal to the total number of chips connected to the traveler, on
pressing stop, the traveler will be signed off and resubmitted to the same step.
Required Data to finish the step
A number of input fields are configured to be required to move the traveler to the next step. They
are not required to sign of the step (e.g. when testing is not yet finished but the shift is.)
Everthing OK, traveler can move to the next step
